School Book Fair — Report

Date: October 9, 2025 — Organized by 'The Hindu'

Overview: Today our school hosted a vibrant book fair conducted by The Hindu. The event saw an excellent turnout of students and parents. Children purchased a wide range of books — storybooks, activity books, reference material and magazines — supported enthusiastically by their parents. It was a joyful occasion that encouraged reading and family participation.

Highlights:

• Strong participation from students across grades with active parent support.
• Wide collection available covering fiction, non-fiction, competitions, and study-aids.
• Book-buying incentives and display tables drew repeated interest throughout the day.
• School staff and volunteers helped maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Impact: The fair not only promoted reading habits but also created a warm community atmosphere. Many students discovered new authors and series. Parents appreciated the curated selection and fair pricing.
