• Birth Certificate (Proof of Age)
• Recent Passport Size Photograph of Child
• Address Proof (Aadhar Card / Electricity Bill / Ration Card)
• Aadhar Card of Child (if available)
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/BPL, if applicable)
• Service Certificate of Parent (for Govt. employees)
• Transfer Details (if applicable)
• Medical Fitness Certificate (if required)
• Disability Certificate (for CwSN, if applicable)

Documents Required for Class I Admission

• Birth Certificate (Issued by Competent Authority)
• Recent Passport Size Photograph
• Aadhar Card of Child
• Proof of Residence (Address Proof)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• EWS/BPL Certificate (if applicable)
• Service Certificate (for Central Govt./PSU employees)
• Transfer Certificate / Service Transfer Details
• Certificate of Disability (if applicable)
• Single Girl Child Affidavit (if applicable)
